Spectators are welcome at this year’s meet. Spectators must remain in the spectator gallery in designated spectator seating areas here. Spectators are not allowed on the pool deck, unless they have a credential as a meet volunteer or designated team official. Spectators should not sit in the team seating areas located over the diving well.

ARRIVE ATTIRED AND MARKED UP - Swimmers should arrive in their suits (under their clothes or warmups) to limit the need for locker room usage. Parents - once the heat sheet is released, we will ask you to mark up your swimmer before coming to the meet. Look for an email on this.

TEAM ARRIVAL by 2:15PM SHARP!page2image1720940576Teams are requested to enter the building as one group via the FRONT entrance to the Campus Recreation Center on Ferst Drive. If you miss the group entry, we will have someone collecting stragglers but your swimmer may miss warmup.

Only parent volunteers will be able to enter with the team. Parent volunteers must have credential displayed when entering the building; and must display the credential at all times. If you are not volunteering and don't have a credential, you will not be allowed on the pool deck. You may watch your swimmer from the spectator section (see spectator section above).

TEAM AREAS - Team seating will be on the deck for BWH. Athletes, coaches, and volunteers should remain in their team areas at all times unless they are going to warmup, compete in a race via the staging areas on deck, or have a specific volunteer role.
