Lots of info in this update... please READ and let us know if you have any questions. 

Garden Hills - Our next meet will be at home against Garden Hills on Tuesday 6/1. Please RSVP for this meet by this Saturday night (closing at 11pm). Enjoy your Memorial Day holiday (no practice 5/31)! Morning practice will start on 6/1. 

RSVP - "Meet Entry" is now open for all meets, please let us know your swimmer(s) availability. We need you to declare them as "attending" or "not attending." Make sure you click SAVE at the bottom! We will close availability at 11PM the Saturday before a meet. Making sure this information is accurate will allow us to run the meet efficiently and on time. Please email, call or text if you have a last minute change ([email protected]).

Volunteering - Another factor in running an efficient and successful meet is our parent volunteers. It takes numerous volunteer jobs to run a meet and we ask that EVERY family work at least 3 meets. We are happy to train anyone or answer any questions you may have about a position. Remember: many hands make light work! 

Bullpens - If you are not a bullpen volunteer please do not hang out in your child's bullpen. This can upset our younger swimmers who see their friend's parents in the bullpen. The best way to be in your child's bullpen is to volunteer! 

Parent Viewing Area - We will reserve the turf area for our parents to view the meet. We ask that no food be eaten or left on the turf. If you or a child must eat please have them sit on the wall and dispose of any food when finished. You may also watch from the pool pavilion or any areas around the diving boards or shallow end. 

Morning Practices - We will add morning practices that will begin Tuesday 6/1. In addition to our current schedule we will add Tuesday, Thursday & Friday MORNINGS. *no morning practice on Mondays (pool cleaning) or Wednesdays (day after swim meets).

Swimsuit Orders - Our swim suit vendor is filling orders and will be bringing more suits to the pool this week. We apologize for any delay you are experiencing if you ordered at the meet and greet. As with many items there is a supply chain issue even with swim gear...BWH alone has 300+ swimmers and children don't stop growing! 

T-shirts, Caps & Sweatshirts - We are awaiting a 2nd order of swim caps and team t-shirts. We will have them available for pickup as soon as they arrive and are sorted. We want to make sure everyone gets what they ordered. Same with the sweatshirts, if you were on the 2nd batch of orders (after 4/4) they should arrive next week and we will sort and get them to you. 

Further Out - Our last meet is on MONDAY 6/21 @ Brittany Club in Brookhaven since we anticipate swimming again on 6/23 or 6/24 at GA Tech for Championships. ASA hopes to have the championship schedule finalized by 6/15 and will pass that information along to you as soon as we have it.
