Brookwood Hills Swim Team, 

I'm happy to announce that I am able to provide semi-private stroke clinics for our Brookwood Hills swim team members (adults also). They are starting up this weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. There will be 4 one hour sessions. Each session will have only 4 swimmers, to allow for social distancing protocols. Each Child will have their own lane and I will provide clean kickboards and fins (if needed). Only athletes will be allowed on the pool deck and in the water. Parents you will be asked to leave the pool deck. You may view from the pool pavilion while you are following social distancing protocols. You will enter and exit through the main entrance of the pool. I will stagger the athletes when it comes time for exiting the pool.

Semi-Private Stroke Clinic: Each swimmer will get an individualized program that fits their swimming ability. Cost is $40 per hour (Cash or Venmo)

Equipment: Goggles, cap, fins, water bottle & towel 

Additional Clinics: I will be looking at continuing these during the week beginning at 3 pm. I will look at the weather this weekend and determine which days look the best.
