Hi BWH Swim Families,

Way to go BULLFROGS! The final score from last night’s meet was BWH 359 and Leafmore 347!!! This was a fun and exciting meet, and represents the best of what summer swim league is all about - great athleticism, outstanding sportsmanship, and good fun! We have been working hard in practice every day and it paid off last night.

We had some issues late in the meet with the relays. Leafmore made late changes to the line-ups that resulted in a large number of errors that all had to be fixed. This involved a lot of communications between teams over several hours yesterday. Although Coach Tim got it mostly straightened out, some errors remained which contributed to confusion in our late relays. We apologize if your swimmer was scheduled for a late relay and missed the opportunity to swim.

Our next meet is a big one! We will swim against Garden Hills on Tuesday at home. This is a very important meet and we need all swimmers to attend! Please declare your swimmer as “attending” or “not attending” no later than this Friday, June 7th, at 9:00pm. We will send out an entry sheet on Saturday morning. Please double check to make sure your swimmer is listed (if attending) or not listed (if they are not attending). If there is an error please email us at [email protected].

TOMORROW! Team pictures are tomorrow (Thursday, June 6th) at 3:45pm. Please make sure that your swimmer has either a team suit or a black suit and their team t-shirt for our photos. 6 & Under movie night will start tomorrow at 6:30pm at the Pavilion!

A big shout out to Mary Paige Adams who is our team photographer this year! She has taken tons of awesome photos of our team and uploaded them to our swim team Facebook page. We are currently working on a way to post them on Swimtopia.
