Dear Bullfrog Parents,
thank you to everyone who has signed up to volunteer for this Wednesday's meet against Hanover West. Make sure your swimmer is at the pool to check-in by 4pm. 

We are still in need of a few positions. A swim meet cannot happen without our amazing parent volunteers. Please log-on to see what is available. Currently we know we are still in need of 2nd half timers (we don't recommend this for parents of only 6u, as 6u finish by the 2nd half), and a few other positions.

If this is your first meet, have no fear, you will be trained to work your volunteer position. Angie & Rachele, your volunteer coordinators, are available to answer any questions you may have. When you arrive at the meet on Wednesday, have your swimmer check-in and then come down the second set of stairs to check-in to Volunteer. Parents who volunteer at every single meet are considered DIE-HARD and are rewarded with a special gift at the end of the season.

Do remember it will be very hot on Wednesday! We recommend you dress accordingly, wear sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, bring drinks, etc. The more GREEN the better. Show your BWH BULLFROGS spirit to Hanover West.

Finally, this season we are looking for two dedicated parents to train on the computers. This is a very important job and the swim meet couldn't happen without our amazing computer workers. This year two veterans will train two new parents. If this is a job you are interested in, please let Angie and Rachele know.
