Hi BWH Swim Families, 

We noticed that a lot of swimmers have not RSVPed for tomorrow's Mock Meet. We have extended the RSVP deadline to tonight at 9:00pm. There are a lot of swimmers that are "undeclared" for the meet. Please logon to Swimtopia and let us know if you will be "attending" or "not attending". It's important for ALL swimmers to declare for ALL meets, either "yes" or "no". 

The Mock Meet is a lot of fun and is a great opportunity for our younger swimmers to get prepared ahead of our first meet. The more swimmers we have, the better the experience will be for everyone! Warm-ups with begin at 8:15am for swimmers that are 7&Up (6&Unders do not warm-up). The concession stand will open at 9:00am with a limited menu! 

Correction to previous email regarding refunds: Full refunds are available until today at 6:00pm. The deadline to receive a 50% refund is May 19th. After May 19th no refunds will be issued.
