Swim Foundation
Hello everyone! I hope you all have had a wonderful summer and are enjoying the last few days/weeks until school starts. Below please find some information from one of our senior coaches, Lindsey Reeves, about a foundation she started that benefits swimmers. We are so proud of Lindsey and what an impact she has made on so many swimmers. Please feel free to spread the word to your neighbors and friends about this worthy cause.
I started the Swim Foundation last year after noticing that some swimmers on Atlanta Public Schools’ swim teams were racing without goggles. Swim Foundation was able to provide every swimmer in need with new pair of goggles for the APS Championships in January. In the fall, Swim Foundation will give new goggles to any swimmer in need as the high school swim session begins. We hope to help even more swimmers with goggles while growing the program to include other swim equipment. I will be leaving for UVA in August. Swim Foundation will continue to operate within Atlanta Public Schools. I plan develop the program within public school systems in Charlottesville, VA. My website has more information as well as a link to donate through PayPal. Swim Foundation is a 501 c3 and I will provide the documentation needed for tax purposes to all who donate. My goal is to raise 3K this year to provide even more swimmers with much needed swim equipment.

Thank you so much for the help!
Sincerely,
Lindsey Reeves
