First a huge CONGRATULATIONS to the dive team for taking 2nd place in the Greater Atlanta Dive Championships! Way to go BULLFROGS!

Reminder our meet is tomorrow (Monday) at the Branches.  Please be there between 4:00 - 4:30. 

There will be NO PRACTICE TUESDAY morning.  Normal Tuesday night.

Sportsmanship:

The one thing I love about swimming is that is about a single athlete competing against themselves and the clock.  I understand that we do compete against other swimmers in dual meets. However, we need to encourage our swimmers that it is about challenging themselves to do better it's not worrying about what another swimmer is doing. The other thing I love about this sport is a direct reflection of Brookwood Hills and how  you support everyone on the team.  So lets make sure we remember we are a team and that we are here to support our child, the children around us and help them be the best they can be both in and out of water.
