Hello Bullfrog Families!  We have a lot of information to share with you so please be sure to read this entire email and respond where appropriate.   We are almost to the end of our season and want to be sure you don't miss out on any of the fun!

Please be sure to RSVP for our last dual meet of the season against The Branches on Monday, June 25.  The deadline to rsvp is Friday, June 22 at 6:30pm.  As a reminder this is an away meet and we would love to have as many of our Bullfrog swimmers there as possible.  We will send more specific information about the meet over the weekend.  

Also, please be sure to RSVP for our End of Season Banquet next Thursday, June 28.  This is such a fun night where we get to reflect on a great season and honor our swimmers, volunteers, and coaches.  It is also the night before our Divisional Meet so we can really get our Bullfrogs pumped up for some great racing!  We will provide dinner, water, lemonade and a specialty drink for the adults.  Any other beverages desired are BYOB.  

As we do each year, we would love to send our senior coaches off to college with some gifts that will help them get started on their new journey.  This year we have Betsy Blitch, Lindsey Reeves and Jack Stone graduating and sadly leaving us as BWH coaches.  Cards from your children, gift cards, money, college necessities, or anything you wish to give are all greatly appreciated.  If you wish to give you can send your gift to practice or bring it the day of the banquet and give it to any of us or Coach Tim.  These coaches have all played an important role in your children's lives so let's help send them on their way in style!  Of course this is completely voluntary and only if you would like to give.  

Lineups for the Divisional Meet are due tomorrow at 3:00pm.  Please note that once these are submitted any cancellations or no shows will incur a fee.  We have to pay entry fees for each swimmer and if you have RSVP'd yes and cancel anytime between tomorrow at 3:00pm and the Divisional Meet next Friday you will be billed a $30 fee.  Also, as previously stated in an earlier email this week, if your child qualifies for the Championship Meet on Saturday and fails to show you will incur a $50 fee from ASA.  Please make sure you let us know if your swimmer is not available to come back to the Championship Meet on Saturday!

Divisional Meet:

Friday, June 29th at 3:30pm - We will send out more specific information with a timeline for the day very soon.

All Remaining 7 & Over Short Freestyle Events

Championship Meet:

Saturday, June 30th

11:00 - 6 & Unders, 7/8 & 9/10 

4:00 - 11 & Up

For Championships all Relay Events will be swam first and then the same order of events as the Divisional Meet.  For those who qualify we will send a detailed email with timeline and specifics for the day. 

As for parking at Georgia Tech, you can save some money if you prepay for your parking and get your pass in advance.  Visit the following link to get your pass for $12/day.  Be sure to only purchase the day/s you need.  Day 3 is Friday and Day 4 is Saturday.  If you do not wish to prepay for parking you will need cash to park and the cost is $15 at the gate.
